a viral spot created for the Committee on Conscience to raise awareness about the increasingly serious genocide in Darfur. the idea is inspired by a poem called "First They Came..." by Martin Niemöller, which was written specifically about the Holocaust in Nazi Germany. I adapted the language of the poem to culminate in a reference to Darfur. the video illuminates the outside world's prevailing apathy towards the situation. [student project]
